You Are What You Think and Say

  • The Aspen Chapel 77 Meadowood Drive Aspen, CO, 81611 United States (map)

It takes millions of neurons to have a single thought and whether we are thinking them to ourselves or sharing them with others, it is important to understand the power of the words we choose and use. How might they unconsciously limit us and even do harm OR nurture us and those we care about?

Join us for an evening of expanding our idea of what is possible for ourselves and our relationships using simple linguistics and mindset techniques… By merely eliminating, substituting, or adding 10 common words and phrases in our daily vocabularies, we can create more happiness, harmony and success and improve all of our relationships, even with ourselves. Just in time for the Holidays!

This event is free and open to the public.

Donations are welcome and will support the Aspen Chapel.
